Cover Context treats restaurant and contact information as confidential. Information provided through our inquiry forms is used to respond to requests and discuss or perform agreed services.

Website inquiries

The contact and onboarding forms use FormSubmit to send submissions to Cover Context by email. This website does not provide a direct file-upload workflow. Do not send sensitive restaurant data until a secure process has been agreed with Cover Context.

Restaurant data

The scope, handling, retention, and deletion of customer data should be established as part of each service relationship. Specific technical safeguards should not be assumed unless documented in that relationship.

Third-party systems

References to restaurant software identify common sources of customer-supplied reports. They do not represent active integrations or endorsements.
